LB Engineering is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Construction Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-office role working closely with our permitting, engineering, and construction teams to streamline the private provider process from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate private provider projects and documentation with local municipalities
- Manage and track permitting submissions and approvals
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal team members
- Organize and maintain project files and deadlines
- Support engineering staff in delivering timely and compliant permit packages
- Serve as the main point of contact for permit-related updates and requests
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience as a construction coordinator or in a similar permitting/administrative role
- Strong verbal communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers and confidence using various digital platforms (PDF editors, permitting portals, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines under pressure
- Experience working directly with Florida permitting processes (required)
