Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated, personable, and persuasive Bilingual Energy Consultants to join our team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners to provide expert guidance on our clean energy solutions, helping them make informed decisions and transition to solar with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients.
- Present Lytegen’s clean energy solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Educate homeowners on energy savings, utility reduction, and clean energy benefits.
- Build strong relationships and trust with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Requirements:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required—training provided.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
