EcoView Windows and Doors is looking for a motivated, leadership-minded individual to step into a Team Leader role and guide our canvassing teams to success.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate a team of door-to-door canvassers
- Train new hires using proven scripts and techniques
- Track team performance and provide hands-on coaching
- Represent EcoView with professionalism and confidence
- Set the tone and culture for your local team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
