Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager – Vaden Automotive Group
Are you an experienced Automotive F&I Manager ready to take your career to the next level in a high-volume, customer-focused environment? Vaden Automotive, part of the 13-store Group, is looking for a results-driven leader to join our team.
We’re seeking a dynamic F&I Manager who can confidently present financing options, drive profitability through aftermarket product sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience—while ensuring full compliance with state and lender regulations.

What You’ll Do:
- Present tailored financing options to customers with clarity and confidence
- Sell value-added products and protection plans to enhance the ownership experience
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all documentation: loans, taxes, titles, and registration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to offer competitive terms
- Deliver a seamless, transparent, and customer-first experience
- Help drive repeat and referral business through exceptional service and follow-up
- Maintain strong CSI scores and exceed performance benchmarks
- Remain compliant with all applicable laws and dealership policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Automotive F&I Management Experience (Banking background alone is not applicable)
- Strong knowledge of leasing structures, lender programs, and special finance
- Expertise in South Carolina title, registration, and tax requirements
- Exceptional customer service, negotiation, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- High ethical standards and a commitment to compliance
