We are seeking a full-time, self-motivated, results-driven Fleet Maintenance Manager.
Our Fleet Maintenance Manager is responsible for providing direction, either directly or indirectly, and to ensure that all repairs and maintenance are performed in compliance and with the Company’s safety and maintenance standards, and in compliance with all federal and state regulations.

Responsibilities and Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee maintenance and repair of company vehicles
- Maintain preventative maintenance programs for all fleet vehicles
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely repair and maintenance work is completed
- Monitor fleet performance and report on vehicle downtime, maintenance costs, and other metrics
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for vehicle repairs
- Ensure compliance with local/state/federal regulations related to vehicle maintenance and safety
- Prioritize repairs to minimize service disruptions and maximize vehicle uptime
- Work closely with other departments to coordinate vehicle scheduling and usage
- Attend regular meetings and communicate effectively with upper management on Fleet Maintenance operations.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly safety meetings
- 5 years of Fleet Maintenance Experience
- CDL Class A License holder (Preferred)
