The Role
- Greet and assist customers and complete check in and check out processes for customers vehicles
- Answer phones responding to inquires and providing information about our services
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the Lead Advisor to assure efficient workflow
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception/waiting area, ensuring a welcoming environment for our customers
- Assist in opening and closing procedures
- Assist in automotive parts researching, ordering, receiving and facilitating returns
- Assist in preparation of next days service appointments
- Assist Advisors in various duties as needed throughout the day
- Attend monthly Front of House staff meetings
- Having a passion for working with people and a genuine desire to help

Requirements
- Passion for working with people
- Professional and friendly demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Punctuality and reliability are essential for this position
- Proficient with computers and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paper work and customer information
- Strong organizations skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Driver’s license and clean record
