We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Manage phone systems to assist with reservations, cancellations, and general inquiries.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all transactions are balanced at the end of each day.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone etiquette is essential.
- Bilingual are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles is an advantage.
