We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for guest relations in the hotel industry.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Assist with phone inquiries, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold the standards of hospitality management by maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- Process check-outs efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hotel or resort industry is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest relations and customer service.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service to guests.
