Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Process reservations and cancellations using hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
- Provide information about the resort’s offerings and promote upselling opportunities.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with resort operations and hospitality management principles is a plus.
- Strong guest relations skills to foster positive interactions with guests.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly.
