Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel as a Front Desk Agent. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with the check-in process.
- Manage reservations and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Operate phone systems efficiently, responding to calls promptly and courteously.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting and record keeping.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing guest accounts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems effectively.
