Front Desk Associate Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
-Strong Leader
-Experience a plus
-Excellent communication skills
-Professional attitude and appearance
-Good organizational skills
-Ability to use a variety of computer applications
-Cash handling experience is an asset
-Administrative skills
-Time management skills
-Working knowledge of the facility, services and local area
Responsibilities:
-Process guest arrivals and departures, including all necessary payments
-Handle and coordinate room assignments and pre-arrivals
-Handle guest concerns
-Offer referral for services and handle requests for information
-Assist with the check-in and check-out of groups and tours
-Assist other departments as required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.81 per hour
