Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information as needed.
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits as required to ensure accuracy in billing and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
