- Keep things organized. You'll accurately record all interactions in our system, so we can track customer history and ensure no detail is missed.

- You're a natural communicator. You can speak and write clearly and professionally while maintaining a friendly and approachable tone.
- You've got a patient and empathetic spirit. You genuinely care about helping people and can stay calm under pressure.
- You're super organized. You can easily multitask, managing multiple conversations without losing track of details.
- You're comfortable with technology. You're a whiz with digital tools like email platforms and CRM systems.
- Experience is a plus, but not a must. Previous customer service experience is a bonus, but your passion for helping people is what really matters. We’ll give you all the training you need.
