## Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist and Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in dental reception, knowledge of Dental Billing and Insurance, possess strong organizational skills, and exhibit excellent phone etiquette.
## Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and clear manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- File and enter insurance claims
-Maintain accounts receivables
## Qualifications
- Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Proficient in Practice Management software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
