JOB POSITION
We are looking for an experienced, friendly front desk receptionist who shares a passion for nails, likes to work with people and has a positive attitude. This is a full time positions available. Hourly rate starts at $15 per hour. Pay is determined based on experience and skill level.
DUTIES
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Coordinate Nail technician’s schedules.
Answer and make phone calls.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Greet clients with a smile, provide beverages, explain services
Check clients in and out.
Light cleaning duties
Be able to manage multi-line phone calls
Deal with customer issues/complaints
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
Had previous nail salon front desk experience.
Must be friendly, charismatic and be a positive person.
Must enjoy working with people.
Be pro-active and have excellent follow through skills
Be customer service focused.
Must be able to multi-task, be detail oriented and organized.
Have excellent communication skills.
Be punctual and dependable.
Minimum 1 year Nail Salon front desk experience is REQUIRED!

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
