Front Desk Associate Wanted for a Massage Therapy Studio
Are you organized, friendly, and passionate about creating a welcoming environment? Our growing massage therapy studio is seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team. If you’re a people person with an eye for marketing and the ability to juggle tasks with ease, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- Customer Service: Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, answer phone calls, and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Point of Sale: Handle transactions, sell gift cards, and ensure smooth payment processes.
- Marketing Assistance: Help with creating social media posts, flyers, and emails using tools like Canva to support the studio’s visual marketing.
- Laundry Assistance: Flip and manage laundry to ensure our therapists have fresh linens.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva (or a willingness to learn).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to assist with light cleaning and laundry tasks.
