We are seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our Retro Fitness team! As the first point of contact for our members and guests, Front Desk Associates play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming club experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service in alignment with Retro Fitness brand standards.
- Greeting members and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Assisting members with account inquiries, billing concerns, and conflict resolution while maintaining satisfaction.
- Promoting and selling memberships, products, and fitness programs to meet and exceed individual sales goals.
- Maintaining knowledge of all club services, programs, and offerings to provide accurate information.
- Performing daily front desk operations, including check-ins, membership sign-ups, and retail transactions.
- Upholding cleanliness, safety, and operational standards throughout the club.
- Working independently while supporting team goals and creating a welcoming environment for all members.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous front desk, retail, or sales experience preferred but not required.
