What You'll Do:
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, and patient flow
- Verify dental insurance and explain coverage clearly
- Handle billing, payments, and treatment plan coordination
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless operations
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in a dental office front desk role (managerial experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and insurance plans
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- A friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented personality
