Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial for maintaining a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain office organization through effective office management practices.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Utilize Google Workspace for scheduling, document management, and communication.
- Support the team with personal assistant duties as needed, including managing appointments and calendars.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly disposition.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace applications is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
