Summary
We are seeking a Geotechnical Staff Professional to join our dynamic team at Aardvark Engineers, Inc. This role is crucial in supporting our geotechnical projects through fieldwork and analysis. Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of geotechnical investigations.
- Conduct field tests and collect soil samples for analysis.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on geotechnical findings.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on project designs and recommendations.
- Utilize software tools for modeling and analysis as required.
- Support construction inspection activities to ensure compliance with specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
- Experience or coursework in geotechnical engineering preferred.
- Familiarity with civil engineering principles and practices.
- Proficient in relevant software such as Mathcad and Bluebeam.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members.
