We are assisting them with the recruitment of an HR Manager to oversee their day-to-day business operations with a strong focus on onboarding, attorney and staff support and firm correspondence. Requirements
What You’ll Do: As the HR Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence—mail, email, and internal communications—to ensure timely routing and accurate recordkeeping.
- Onboarding new employees by coordinating tools, accounts, hardware, and HR documents in alignment with firm protocols.
- Maintaining office and kitchen supply inventory and coordinating facility-related needs with vendors and the building landlord.
- Supporting implementation of policies, software training, and internal communications alongside the Director of Operations.
- Other duties as needed
What Success Looks Like in This Role:
- Efficient processes & HR Workflows from onboarding to performance reviews with continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- New hire onboarding completed within three business days
- Supply orders and facility requests are resolved within three business days
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of HR/administrative or office management experience (law firm or professional services preferred)
- High school diploma required; some college preferred
- Working knowledge of payroll systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Mac OS
- Extremely organized with excellent attention to detail
- Professional discretion, strong communication skills, and a service mindset
