As an Inside Sales Manager at Veros Credit, you’ll play a key role in our growth strategy by serving as the voice of Veros Credit to our dealer partners. You'll champion our financing solutions, support dealer success, and drive customer satisfaction — all through proactive outreach, relationship management, and strategic selling. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and loves connecting with clients over the phone, email, and video.

Position Summary
As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of Veros Credit's suite of finance and protection products to independent and franchise auto dealerships. You’ll play a key role in building strong client relationships, promoting value-based solutions, and supporting our dealer partners through strategic sales engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners within an assigned market.
  • Promote and sell Veros Credit’s products (e.g., GAP insurance, Warranties, GPS, CPI) by explaining their features and benefits.
  • Conduct presentations highlighting cost-benefit and needs-based analysis for dealerships.
  • Use creative sales and marketing strategies to increase product adoption and exceed sales goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Underwriting) to maximize deal flow and customer satisfaction.
  • Educate dealers on applicant standards, credit qualifications, and documentation requirements.
  • Monitor dealer portfolio performance, ensuring delinquency/loss levels remain within acceptable limits.
  • Attend industry events, sales meetings, and training sessions to stay updated on trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in auto lending or subprime automotive finance.
  • Proven track record in inside sales and pipeline development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), DealerTrack, RouteOne, and defi.
Hourly position, $21.00 - $29.00 per hour + performance-based commissions and bonuses
