Field Service Technician – Commercial Irrigation
Areas of coverage: Northern California - Livermore, San Francisco, Santa Clara and San Jose
Imperial Technical Services, a partner of Heritage Landscape is currently seeking a skilled and dependable Field Service Technician to join our team, serving the growing commercial irrigation market across San Diego California. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in commercial irrigation controllers and have familiarity with irrigation booster pumps.
Pay range: $31 and up (Depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site inspections, installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of commercial irrigation controllers.
- Assist with setup, operation, and troubleshooting of irrigation booster pumps.
- Conduct site evaluations and provide technical recommendations to clients.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing outstanding service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and installations.
Qualifications:
- Experience with commercial irrigation controllers (Hunter, Rain Master, Weathermatic, Rain Bird, Tucor, Baseline).
- Familiarity with irrigation booster pumps and related equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred Skills:
- Technical certification or training related to irrigation systems.
- Experience working independently in the field.

The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $20.63 to $26.25 per hour. SRS/Heritage considers multiple factors including job related knowledge, skillset and experience when determining the final salary.
