As an IT partner you become familiar with the targets, strategy, challenges, and priorities of the business and provide guidance and support to implement digital innovations. You work with the business on strategic and innovation initiatives and process improvements via technology. You will be part of the IT partner organization for the Digital Industries Headquarter Functions and support & drive IT demands and projects for Zone Americas.
We are looking for a Digital Industries IT Business Partner. This role is remote and can be located anywhere in the continental, United States.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Acting as a trusted advocate of the business within the IT organization
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting stakeholder relationships with assigned customers in our business
- Understanding the business environment, identifying objectives, and deriving and managing the portfolio of demands, projects, and services
- Driving innovation with technology and scouting for opportunities to increase business value
- Aligning and sharing best practices with IT and Digital Industries IT organizations
- Keeping the organization informed on IT strategies, key priorities, initiatives, and projects
You excel in:
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, with a strong ability to build and nurture relationships
- Effective advocacy skills to represent the business within the IT organization, leveraging a collaborative approach
- In-depth understanding of the business environment, including industry trends and challenges, with a keen awareness of diverse perspectives
- Proven expertise in requirement analysis, managing demands, projects, and services, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in program or project management methodologies, including Agile, with a focus on fostering inclusive and diverse teams
- Versed with emerging technology trends: AI/ML, Data Analytics...
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in IT and business partnering
- 5+ years of understanding business processes within industrial automation environment
- 5+ years of experience with an IT portfolio and integrating them into business processes.
- Bachelors degree in an IT related field
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Industrial manufacturing or indirect market channels experience
- Prior business domain knowledge in: Sales, Logistics, Finance
- Prior experience within Siemens
- Prior experience of digitalization of business process, especially in SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft environments

You'll Benefit From
The pay range for this position is $89,670 - $153,720 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
