We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Master Barber. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional beauty services while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various beauty techniques, customer service, and salon management, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality hair styling services, including hair extensions, hair threading, and barbering techniques.
- Utilize color theory knowledge to deliver expert coloring services tailored to client preferences.
- Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling using salon software such as MINDBODY.
- Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Mentor junior staff members, sharing knowledge on cosmetology practices and retail sales techniques.
- Assist with retail sales by upselling products that complement the services provided.
- Perform makeup application and nail care services as needed, ensuring client satisfaction with every visit.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in store management tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in hair styling, cosmetology, or barbering is essential.
- Familiarity with salon software systems, particularly MINDBODY, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices within the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Experience in mentoring or training junior staff members is a plus.
- Knowledge of retail math and experience in retail sales will enhance your candidacy.

Pay: $27.30 - $100.00 per hour
