We’re seeking a compassionate and self-driven Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to join our mobile care team in the Eugene, OR area.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide wound care assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver care in patients’ homes and clinical settings
- Perform virtual visits (as permitted by state regulations)
- Document patient progress accurately and efficiently
- Prescribe medications when clinically appropriate
- Travel locally to patient locations (mileage reimbursed)
- Optional rounding in SNF or rehab settings, where available
Qualifications:
- Current board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA)
- Master's degree from an accredited nurse practitioner/physician assistant program
- Preferred: 1+ year in primary care, internal medicine, urgent care, or wound care
- Bonus: Experience in ER, ICU, or other critical care environments
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Schedule:
- Full-time | Monday–Friday
- Day shifts only
- No nights, weekends, or on-call
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range is $140,000-$160,000 per year
- This is a full-time salaried position
