Key responsibilities include:
Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations for a smooth and efficient environment
- Serve as liaison to other offices, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
- Organize and plan events, meetings, and retreats, including logistics, food ordering, audiovisual, and setup
- Support the onboarding process for new employees ensuring seamless integration
- Provide leadership and backup support for administrative functions, as needed
Executive Support:
- Manage intricate scheduling requests daily and long-term
- Manage inboxes by organizing, prioritizing, and responding to messages
- Communicate on behalf of partners via phone, email, and written correspondence both internally and externally
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure confidentiality
- Organize and prepare expense reports
- Conduct research and prepare information as needed
- Serve as a backup when Executive Assistants are out or need assistance
Ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related major preferred
- 3+ years experience in office management, preferably in a tax consulting or related financial services environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in IT systems and office software
- Excellent organization and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines

In-office work arrangement:
This is an in-office position (M-F), based in the Mankato office.
Additional Information:
At Abdo, we are committed to providing fair, transparent, and competitive compensation that reflects the unique skills and experiences of each candidate. The estimated base pay range for this role is $60,000 - 85,000. Offers are typically made below the maximum to allow room for future compensation increases in the role. The compensation offer will be based on factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications, skills, and business needs.
All employees have the opportunity to earn discretionary bonuses based on demonstration of extraordinary performance, special projects or significant importance, or other major accomplishments. Managers are also eligible for a manager bonus program which is awarded based on the consideration of individual contributions, team accomplishments, and firm growth.
