JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Our team member must possess or example the following:
- Must have previous management experience.
- Has some college education.
- Is a natural leader and possesses strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Has a gentle spirit and remains calm when things go wrong beyond our control.
- Possesses excellent customer relations skills.
- Is detailed and well spoken.
- Is comfortable with Word, Excel and computer software in general.
- Prefer experience in Inventory Control
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an On-Site Operations Manager for our McAllen market in TX. Prefer candidates with the ability to transfer to other markets, but will consider all candidates. You will be working on-site at our distribution center, reporting to our company's Director Of Operations, and responsible for:
- Personnel: Monitor delivery teams and measure general performance.
- Training: Learn how to train all aspects of furniture delivery operations including driving, delivering, safety and processes.
- Fleet: Manage the trucks' inspection, maintenance and repair for all routes.
- Client Relations: Regular courteous and professional interaction with customers and warehouse staff. Discuss issues or concerns and take needed action to improve performance.
- Inventory: Maintain inventory of uniforms, tools, supplies, etc.
- Paperwork: Complete reporting and tracking documents daily.
- Damages: Investigate and process damage claims.
- Available to Travel a couple days a month.
- Shift Monday - Saturday
JOB COMPENSATION
This is a salaried full time position, 50+ hours/week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
