Location: Remote or on-site at one of our CSL's in Dallas, TX, Fort Wayne, IN, San Bernardino, CA or Jacksonville, FL.
Job Summary:
The Operations Support, CSL will respond promptly and reliably to distribution customer questions and issues related to the current Warehouse Management System (WMS), including communication via phone calls and email.
Responsibilities:
Reviews reported discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with CSLs.
Provides high-quality customer service to distribution customers.
Prepares and provides data to support operating KPIs.
Trains and assists POOLCORP employees on company policies and procedures.
Tracks and reports Operations Support Heat cases monthly.
Contributes to Operations monthly field communications, including FAQs, Yammer posts, and blog postings.
Reviews and updates policies and procedures to ensure accuracy.
Prepares and delivers reports for review by Operations and other departments.
Tests current processes and new modifications to ensure reliability.
Updates POOLDC records (orders, transfers, etc.…), and manage Canvas submissions.
Partners with field employees to provide training, guidance, and implementation support for standard operating procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), such as Prelude, and RF technology.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Professional phone demeanor and ability to effectively present information in one-on-one or group settings.
Ability to coordinate reports, uploads, and tracking of company initiatives in collaboration with Distribution Operations Managers (DOMs).
Ability to effectively partner with field employees to advise on training, procedures, and operational implementation.
Ability to travel 25-30%.
