Mindful Touch Massage & Spa is a beautiful, serene, organic wellness spa in downtown Morganton, NC, and we are looking for a part time receptionist to join our exceptional team! If you have great communication skills, are tech savvy, are organized, dependable, and committed to providing high quality customer service, you might be a great fit!
The shifts available at this time are Tuesday 8:30 - 2:00 PM, Friday 8:30 - 2:00 PM, and alternating Saturdays from 8:30 - 4:00 PM. (We hope for this position to expand to Wednesday and Thursdays 8:30 - 2:00 in the near future)

Job Description
- Welcome every client with a friendly face and enthusiasm. Help create an excellent experience for guests
- Check in, and check out clients. Accept payments. All front desk duties as assigned
- Contact clients via text, email, and phone to schedule appointments
- Learn the wellness and healing benefits of massage therapy and promote these benefits to clients regularly
- Learn the Mindful Touch Massage & Spa menu of services. Recommend upgrades and other services that will maximize the client’s relaxation and enhance the client’s experience at the spa
- Learn about our organic bath, body, and skin products and recommend products to clients
- Maintain a professional, clean appearance
- Assist with laundry and cleanliness of the spa
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Keep a positive, team oriented attitude
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients & spa management
