The Payroll Supervisor leads a dedicated, high-performing payroll team for a statewideorganization, ensuring payroll is processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This rolebalances technical expertise with a collaborative, supportive approach, guiding team membersto excel and providing exceptional service to employees across the organization. The PayrollSupervisor fosters a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and responsiveness,ensuring payroll operations run smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy,compliance, and confidentiality.

Education And Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in accounting, finance, business, orrelated field.

Minimum of 2 years of directly relevant work experience.(or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Additional Certifications

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.
