Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Procurement Agents to join our Supply ChainSecondary Structures Procurement Agent team in Everett, WA.

Procurement Agents at the Boeing Company have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the aerospace manufacturing supply chain, gain knowledge of the most advanced technology used in aviation, and get to make a positive impact on the lives of the flying public. Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience Senior Level Procurement Agents.

Position Responsibilities:

Develops procurement and supply chain solutions, strategies and policies to support customer requirements

Develops and executes company strategic business goals and objectives
• .
Consults on proposal analyses and development of negotiation strategies
• .
Formalizes procurement requirements with customers and leads the supplier negotiation process
• .
Prepares and executes negotiated documents
• .
Ensures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements

Manages contract terminations
• .
Develops organization and company improvement plans
• .

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

5+ years of experience with Supplier Chain and/or Procurement practices and processe

5+ years of experience leading projects from contract award through system requirements review, preliminary design review, critical design review, parts procurement, installation, testing, and deliver

5+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objective

5+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Wor

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degre

5+ years of experience in a role requiring project/program management skill

5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skill

5+ years of experience with ERP systems such as ERPLN and/or SA

Summary pay range (Level 4): $108,000 - $125,400
