Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Product Support Supply Chain Manager to support the team in Victorville, California.

Position Responsibilities

• Toolroom management, facilities management and plant and equipment maintenance, technical management of external supply chain and coordination with third party vendors to support site requirements.

• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.

• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports.

• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

• Participates in equipment make/buy decisions; participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliers.

• Manages, develops and motivates employees.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience managing teams

• 1+ years of experience working in a computer based inventory management system or warehouse management system

• 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain Planning

• Experience working with internal and external customers and suppliers

• 3+ years of experience managing and/or leading facilities equipment or reliability engineering teams

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $119,000 - $161,000
