Job Summary:
In this role, you’ll lead QA processes, supervise quality staff, and work closely with a multi-disciplinary manufacturing team. You’ll help drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, contributing directly to our impact and customer success.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of QA leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization, as well as with customers and external agencies.
- Strong presentation skills, enabling clear and impactful demonstration of concepts, findings, and recommendations to management, customers, external agencies, and auditors.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, including measurement and quantitative computations.
- Certifications such as ASQ, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Lead Auditor Training are highly desirable; however, in-depth knowledge of these systems is essential.
- Strong investigative skills, expertise in failure analysis, root-cause problem solving, and materials failure/improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a functional team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Highly energetic with a consistently positive attitude.
- Maintains a polished, professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a science or business-based program is preferred
- Experience in business administration may be advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Manage Grenova’s quality control department and personnel
- Function as the Quality Representative for the company, must have experience with regulatory audit experience
- Provide expertise through complete understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 in regulatory class 1 & class 2 environments.
- Conduct management review meetings and developing, monitoring, and trending KPIs for Business Units.
- Provide ongoing support for maintaining dual ISO certifications.
- Implement and monitor Quality Management System (QMS) compliance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and certification standards.
- Demonstrate a commitment to understanding, complying with, and enhancing established company policies and procedures.
- Lead the implementation of quantitative data analysis for process improvement.
- Responsible for developing, writing, and overseeing the implementation and continuous improvement of quality procedures, processes, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage the implementation of Corrective Action, (CAPA’s) Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR), process improvement initiatives, and auditing projects.
- Collaborate with supervisors and managers on developing and delivering training for facility procedures, work instructions, and Quality & Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
- Oversee and manage the calibration program.
- Manage the document control process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate all internal, third-party, and supplier audits.
- Lead regular quality event review meetings for crossfunctional alignment.
- Provide support for instrument trials and research and development (R&D) projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
