Hiring full and part time workers for rental property maintenance.
Must be proficient and experience in all home repairs.
This job entails going to multiple properties to do maintenance calls as well as work on ongoing rental remodeling projects. Some task may include but are not limited to installation of doors, windows, kitchen cabinets, tile, lights, mini-blinds, stairs, fences, toilets, appliances, window install, flooring, as well as daily home repairs, ect. Needs all tools for the job and a reliable truck. Year around work available.

Experience
- Proven experience as a construction laborer or contractor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
