- Previous customer service, hospitality, sales and/or salon EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!

- Must be responsible, punctual & reliable.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Possess the ability to self start, prioritize tasks & multitask with strong time management & organizational skills.
- Candidates must enjoy & excel in both customer service and sales offerings.
- Be willing & able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, upbeat, goal-driven environment, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- General computer knowledge is required.
- Flexible availability including weeknights, weekend and/or some holidays
Essential Duties:
- Provide superior customer service while encompassing & exceeding our Salon Company standards.
- Answer multi-line phone system.
- Schedule client appointments efficiently and correctly.
- Elevate the guest experience by offering & promoting enhancement offers and additional services.
- Greet clients and check-in upon arrival & check clients out post-service, collecting payment.
- Provide salon tours to new guests.
- Coordinate & oversee clients on the salon/spa floor, ensuring each guest is running on time from department to department.
- Complete side work/closing duties as directed.
