Five or more years experience with computer data systems. Operations experience in a specialty materials mixing and packaging operation is required. A working knowledge of SAP, an understanding of transactions in the SAP system and an understanding of database structure and maintenance is required. Strong communication skills, multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritize and attention to detail required. Excellent organizational skills and a willingness to participate as a team member. Strong computer skills and experience with inventory management is required.

• Review all completed Production Process Orders for accuracy and material quantity variances, dollar variances or both. Communicate these variances to QM, Production and Accounting as appropriate
• Plan & schedule all production activity; provide periodic production reports
• Ensure timeliness of product manufacturing and delivery to meet order demand, product quality and cost constraints.
• Support the Iron plant process of receiving raw iron through the end of the month process orders as well as recycling of scrap iron.
• Take an active role in training all employees and conducting routine awareness programs in his/her Ensure his/her employees are appropriately qualified and have sufficient resources and skills to fulfill their responsibilities adequately trained for their function.
• Report discrepancies with production recipes and BOMs discovered in SAP.
• Other duties as assigned
