Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Producer to join our team and build their own brand as a key business professional in the Tri-lakes area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new opportunities through outside sales efforts and establishing strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of insurance products, and the ability to negotiate effectively. This person will play a vital role in promoting our services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role will have a solid base salary but the true financial opportunity revolves around the capturing and retention of new clients and that's where the rewards become very tangible for someone with proven experience in this industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract new clients.
- Conduct sales activities to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products tailored to their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless processing of applications and policies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.
- Utilize multiple techniques to reach potential clients and promote products and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information.
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in the P&C insurance industry is acceptable, but 3+ years preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and helping clients successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficient in analysis skills to assess client needs and market opportunities effectively.
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
