Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our costume team. Individual would be responsible for laundering and maintaining costumes, conducting minor repairs, and providing support to performers to ensure costumes are performance-ready at all times.
This Position Starts Now and Ends 10/26/2025.
Must be at Least 18 Years of Age.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned to assist the Entertainment team.
- Wash, dry, steam, and iron costumes following fabric care guidelines
- Maintain organization of costume areas
- Monitor costume inventory and ensure rotation of pieces as needed
- Respond to performer costume concerns with professionalism & efficiency
- Daily communication with costume team
- Ensure compliance with all authorized operator requirements and safety procedures specific to the job assignment.
- Maintain dependable work attendance and flexibility with assigned work schedules surrounding shows and events
Education/Experience:
- Minimum introductory sewing skills for basic repairs such as button replacement, torn seams, zippers, etc. are required
Physical Requirements:
- The ability to lift and/or move 20 pounds frequently to 50 pounds maximum.
- The ability to stand and walk on uneven terrain, inclines, asphalt, and concrete continuously.
- The ability to remember locations, understand and carry out instructions continuously.
- The Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
- The ability to use the following equipment, washing machine, dryer, steamer, iron, sewing machine, serger.
Work Environment:
This role takes place in a fast-paced, behind-the-scenes setting where organization, efficiency, and adaptability are essential. Costume team members work both independently and collaboratively to ensure costumes are performance-ready, often in high-energy and time-sensitive situations such as quick changes during live shows. The work environment includes frequent standing, walking, and operating various sewing and laundry equipment, with exposure to varying temperatures and outdoor conditions. Attention to detail and problem-solving are key, as team members must inspect, maintain, and repair costumes while ensuring performers are supported throughout their shows.
