HELP WANTED: Snow Removal Team Member

Salmon Falls Nursery & Landscaping is hiring hardworking and dependable Snow Removal Team Members for the upcoming winter season. If you can handle early mornings, long shifts, and snow-covered lots we want you on our team!
Position: Snow Removal Laborer / Equipment Operator
This is a seasonal, on-call position during snow events. Duties may include shoveling, snow blowing, salting sidewalks, or operating plows, skid steers, or salters (depending on experience).
What Youll Do:
Clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, or walkways
Spread salt or de-icing materials
Operate snow blowers, shovels, and possibly snowplows/skid steers (if qualified)
Respond quickly during storms (early morning or overnight availability required)
Work safely in cold, slippery conditions
Requirements:
Must be reliable, on time, and able to work during snow events (nights/weekends/holidays)
Physically fit and able to work in harsh winter weather
Valid driver's license a plus (required for driver/operator roles)
Experience with snow equipment is preferred but not required we will train the right person
CDL or equipment operating experience? Earn more!
