Blue Door Spa and Salon is seeking a polished, professional, and sales driven Front Ddesk Concierge to be the welcoming face of our luxury spa and salon.This individual will serve as the first and last point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional service while driving retail and service sales. You'll need sharp mutiltasking skills, a warm and confident demeanor, and the ability to juggle front desk responsibilities in a faced -paced, high end environment.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a team setting, communicates effectively with clients and staff, and wants to grow with a reputable and expanding brand.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet guests warmly ans ensure an outstanding guest experience from check-in to check-out
- Answer phones, schedule services, and respond to inquires in a timely, professional manner.
- Promote and sell retail products, service packages, memberships, and gift cards with confidence.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately for transactions.
- Manage daily inventory levels, retail, displays, and assist with back bar inventory.
- Contribute to a team culture thats motivated, respectful, and commited to excellence.
- Work closely with service providers and management to support smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the concierge area and throughout spa and salon to reflect our brands high standards.
- Handle guest concerns eith poise, urgency, and a solutions focused mindset.
Skills
- Strong sales ability and a passion for expectional guest experience.
- Front Desk, retail, or hospitality experience required ( spa/salon background a plus)
- High-level mutitaksing skills, organizational, and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable using technology( booking software, POS systems, inventory tools)
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative within a dynamic environment.
