Job Title: Store Administrative Assistant
Location: Top Ten Liquors | Minnetonka
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday (20–30 hours/week)
Compensation: $18/hour with a 90-day performance review

Key Responsibilities
- Manage store schedules, delivery logistics, and weekly updates
- Enter and organize information with high accuracy in Excel and other systems
- Follow directions closely and complete tasks independently without hand-holding
- Communicate clearly and professionally with managers and teammates via email and internal tools
- Support store operations by keeping key information accessible, current, and well-organized
- Wear many hats — no two days will be exactly the same
