POSITION OVERVIEW
As the Sales Manager, your primary focus will be driving new memberships, leading local marketing efforts, and elevating the studio’s visibility and performance.The ideal Manager will oversee all Studio functionality from Sales to Instructors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSales & Marketing
- Own and execute the entire membership sales funnel, from lead to close
- Conduct follow-up calls, texts, and email campaigns with precision and warmth
- Consistently hit or exceed monthly membership
- Plan and attend community pop-ups, wellness events, and local partnerships
- Collaborate with our Social Media Coordinator to create and manage engaging studio-level content for Instagram and Facebook.
- Track performance through KPIs and ClubReady reporting
Studio Operations & Team Leadership
- Lead and train front desk team on sales best practices and systems
- Connect with Regional Leadership to optimize studio performance
- Maintain a studio environment that’s welcoming, high-energy, and service-focused
- Assist in overseeing inventory, visual merchandising, and retail promotions
- Build strong relationships with members to support retention and referrals
- Be a visible and consistent presence in the studio
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of proven success in fitness, retail, or membership sales
- Strong track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team results
- High confidence in social media engagement and content creation
- Experience planning and executing community outreach and grassroots events
- Proficient in CRM systems like ClubReady or similar
- Self-motivated, organized, and energized by a fast-paced environment
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and off-site events as needed
