Anticipated compensation range of $74,880.00 - $80,500.00 / Year depending on qualifications and experience.

Expectations:
Supervises and directs all work activities of Hospitality Services staff which may include one or more of the following departments: Patient Transportation , Environmental, and Linen Departments. Performs routine quality control inspections and ensures quality standards are met. Provides on-going training and performance assessment of employees to maintain and improve employee competencies. Creates an atmosphere of open, positive communication throughout the department. This position requires flexibility of hours.EDUCATION:
High school graduate or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Minimum Five (5) years experience in the housekeeping or related janitorial and/or Dispatch Call Center experience preferred. Two (2) years experience in supervising a group of twelve to fifteen employees in an acute care or hospital background.
Strong oral and writing skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office or equivalent preferred.

Above average communication skills, ability to work in a stressful environment, high level of professionalism and integrity with the ability to act in a supervisory capacity.
