This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and effective communication between customers and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and mentor a team of customer service representatives to ensure high productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
Manage and resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet turnaround targets and service delivery goals.
Partner with support teams/stakeholders to generate and analyze reports on customer activity and performance trends.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify service gaps and implement proactive improvements for sustained performance enhancement.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
Strong leadership and team building capabilities.
Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/customer service software.
Knowledge of food safety standards and temperature-controlled transport regulations is highly desirable.
