How you'll make an impact
  • Concentrate on day-to-day account management of largest, most complex, and/or specialty/niche industry client accounts.
  • Focus on building, expanding, and solidifying relationships with existing clients at all levels within the company and leads appropriate resources to address the client's risk/capital management needs.
  • Collaborate with management to develop, maintain, improve and implement goals and objectives across the Client Services team.
  • Provide comprehensive oversight of all premium, claims and accounting responsibilities tied to the service of the Client,
  • Establish and monitor best-in-class client service deliverables, processes, and procedures to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Cultivate relationships with most senior buyer in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client representatives and buyers.
  • Prepare and deliver training presentations at industry events, client meetings, and internal meetings.
  • Serve as senior subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures.

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree and 7 or more years client service and/or claims management experience OR High School degree and 12 years experience. License required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Preferred: Professional designation may be preferred, such as CPCU, CIC or ARM.

Behaviors: Demonstrates ability to quickly determine critical issues.

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
