We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warranty Administrator/ Property Manager.
Key Responsibilities - Warranty Administration
Warranty Request Management
- Receive and respond to homeowner warranty requests via email, phone, or portal.
- Field inquiries within prescribed timelines (e.g., following standard procedures).
Inspection Coordination
- Schedule and conduct on-site inspections with homeowners.
- Assess construction issues and determine warranty eligibility.
Vendor/Trade Coordination
- Assign appropriate subcontractors to warranty work.
- Confirm trade schedules and follow up to ensure job completion
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain detailed warranty reports and work orders.
- Document communications, appointments, and case statuses.
Customer Communication
- Provide clarity on warranty scope, help navigate procedures, and set expectations.
- Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction.
Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution
- Troubleshoot on-site construction issues.
- Resolve homeowner concerns by collaborating with trades and internal staff.
Process Compliance & Follow-Up
- Ensure adherence to warranty procedures and timelines.
- Track open issues, update statuses in BuilderTrend
Key Responsibilities – Property Management
- Ensure scheduled visits to active inventory homes, including models, specs, and move-in ready units are conducted regularly.
- Verify that punch list walkthroughs are completed, and the necessary documentation is uploaded to BuilderTrend.
- Identify and resolve issues (e.g., damaged drywall, missing hardware, overgrown landscaping).
- Work closely with sales and construction teams to escalate issues.
Pay
$30 - $35 an hour
Up to $7,000 in incentives
