IT Support Engineer

Are you passionate about technology and problem-solving? Join RealNZ as an IT Support Engineer and play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly across one of New Zealand’s most iconic tourism businesses.

As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll provide tier 1 and 2 technical support to our end users and our team, manage minor infrastructure tasks, and contribute to planned projects. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and other support engineers to ensure our IT environment is secure, efficient, and future-ready.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver technical support for RealNZ end users.
• Manage support queues and ensure timely resolution of tickets.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and user guides.
• Escalate issues promptly and provide clear, detailed context

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language
• Solid understanding of Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra, and core IT concepts
• Strong general hardware knowledge and installation skills
