What you’ll be doing:

· Monitoring system performance and supporting IT projects such as upgrades and migrations.
What you will bring to the table:
EssentialRequirements
· At least 3 years’ experience administering Windows 11 environments.
· Working knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory

· Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines.
· Excellent query resolution skills, confident supporting users by phone, in person, email, and remote support tools
· Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to a range of users both here in New Zealand and to our international stakeholders
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
· A curious, problem-solving mindset, always looking to identify the true source of an issue.
· Ability to prioritise and triage competing support requests independently
· A positive, can-do attitude when faced with challenges.
· Ability to be flexible with a rotating shift roster across the team to ensure coverage on site. (Two shifts – 6am to 2.30pm and 12.30pm to 9pm)
· Ability to be part of the on-call roster once fully trained.
Desirable
Requirements

· Experience with Intune, Autopilot and Entra Security
· Working knowledge of the Aruba networking stack

· Exposure to Intune or another MDM/endpoint management platform.
What we offer
· Competitive salary commensurate with your experience.
· Health and wellness support to help you thrive, both at work and beyond.
· A genuinely supportive team environment invested in your development.
· A flat structure where initiative, fresh ideas, and real contribution are noticed and rewarded.
