  • Create an environment where people feel supported, valued and comfortable sharing ideas and challenging thinking.

  • Experience mentoring, guiding or supporting engineers, with a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
  • A sound understanding of software architecture, design patterns and modern engineering practices.
  • A thoughtful, pragmatic approach to technical decision-making, balancing quality, sustainability and long-term outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across different teams.
  • An inclusive, collaborative leadership style, curiosity and a willingness to learn from others.
Why join our client?
  • Make a meaningful impact on a product used and valued by customers every day.
  • Be part of a welcoming, inclusive and supportive engineering team where your ideas and contributions matter.
  • Help shape the team's future, both technically and through the development of the people around you.
  • Work alongside talented people who value collaboration, knowledge sharing and different perspectives.
  • Enjoy a culture that encourages curiosity, professional growth and continuous learning.
  • Flexibility, autonomy and trust to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
